(1) The amount required for the administrative expenses of the trust is determined by the Government of Nepal in the annual budget.m will be provided as a lump sum grant.

(2) If it is found that the administrative expenses of the trust are not enough from the amount as per sub-section (1), the committee may arrange to cover the insufficient administrative expenses from the increased amount from the principal assets of the trust with the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
